The oven is full of delicious goods baking, the fridge is bulging with treats, Mariah is blaring from the speakers, your hanging flower tree is attracting huge crowds and the table...the set table today is where the magic happens. With your fanciest crockery, richly filled glasses, a pretty Christmas wreath as a decoration and on every plate, a napkin ring with frilly flowers.

you will need

  • An old/vintage napkin ring or a sturdy shape that can serve as a ring
  • Frilly flowers in rich colours such as gypsophila and orchid
  • Glue gun

how to make it

Once you have all the things you need, it's actually quite simple. Put a dab of glue and stick it on, that's all there is to it! Choose flowers that you like and that match the colour of the rest of your decorations. Flowers such as gypsophila are like little clouds and add a romantic touch. A larger flower like orchid gives it a  contemporary feel.

We look forward to seeing the final result! Share your napkin ring with frilly flowers with us on social media with the hashtag #funnyhowflowersdothat.
